Fully-featured mac mass mailer for Macintosh Tiger computer supporting message templates and recipient database. It offers everything you need to create and maintain mailing lists for different needs and send mass messages directly form your Mac at a very high speed. It uses Apple Mails message delivery framework to deliver your messages. This means that 100 percent of your email messages will get delivered properly to recipient mailboxes as if they were delivered by Apple Mail in a regular way. First, I downloaded a shareware application called "Mailings", couldnt get it to authenticate with my SMTP server, and got no reply from the developer. So, I did not buy it. Then I wrote a script using Mail.app, and it would work for awhile but then tell me that the server rejected my password.
So, for my next bulletin I used Microsoft Entourage and, after some tinkering, got it to work. There are lots of comments in the code, and besides changing my example subject, recipient list and message to yours, you will probably need to do some other tinkering to meet your needs. I t works with Entourage from Office 2004; I do not know whether it will work with earlier verisons of Office. Have fun, and please send me an email if you learn more about it than I did.

Gmail Notifier Widget presents a summary of newly arrived email in a fading float-popup and plays an accompanying sound. The summary contains on author and on subject a direct link to the particular mail on Gmail. When clicking elsewhere in the summary the float-popup stays so that one can read properly. Multiple new arrivals are presented consecutively. The latest arrivals can be reannounced by selecting "Tell Latest Again" from the context-menu.
Location of floa?t-popup on screen, style of sound and overall timing can be configured in the Widgets preferences.
Like other notifiers the total number of unread emails is shown as well and links to your inbox or label-inbox on Gmail.
On Mac OS X, you can monitor multiple-accounts and/or multiple-labels in parallel by creating copies of this Widget with different names, configuring each individually and running them in parallel. The zero-size inbox-icon comes in handy for this.
You can built fully automated content aware mail-queues by defining Gmail-labels based on Gmail-filters.
The widgets code has been designed on Mac OS X.
