Free import entourage software for mac

Whereis (for Entourage) 1.7 is developed to be a perfect solution to the fact that MSN Maps & Directions doesn't cover Australia, so Entourage's map feature doesn't work for Australian addresses. This script fetches a map from WhereIs for the selected contact. Please read the Read Me for installation and use information.

Enhance your Entourage by downloading the Calligator scripts for Entourage. The free scripts are provided to synchronize your address book with the online Calligator address book, to send your fax and SMS messages to several people at once and make inexpensive local and long-distance telephone calls from within Entourage.

While working in Entourage, just select the contact you want to send a fax or SMS message to or the person you want to call. The Calligator scripts will then immediately contact the Calligator telephone servers and initiate your communication.

Other Account (Entourage), when attached to a repeating schedule, will automatically change the account of a new outgoing message to a non-default account for specified recipients (such as mailing lists, or anything else) before its sent.

Completly freeware.

iCal via Entourage 2.1 is a program to inform you of emails for events (great for sending reminders to your cellphone!). The only problem is that it forces you to use Apple's Mail application. This installer will update iCal so that it will use Entourage instead of Mail for e-mailing notifications.

There is no way to directly import contacts from either of these Windows-based email programs. However, you can bring over your data by going through a two step process of exporting the data from the Windows application into a form that Microsoft Entourage can understand, and then importing it into Microsoft Entourage.

Due to the non-standard way in which Outlook saves export files, you will need to run this conversion script on the file to format the data into a form Microsoft Entourage will understand.

Backup Entourage Data will back up your Microsoft User Data folder once per day. It keeps the older backup for an additional day, so if your database gets damaged and you dont notice quickly, you can go to the previous backup as well.

This application requires that your Microsoft User Data folder is in the Documents folder on your startup drive, which is the default. Youll need to have free space on your hard drive equal to double the size of your Entourage data.

Entourage should not be running while Backup Entourage Data is runing.
