Email constantly coming in? Trying to work? Being bothered by the constant switching back and forth between other applications and Mail simply to see whether the email came from one of your mailing lists or a family member? Da Emails helps with that.

The Da Emails widget talks to Apples Mail program and determines which mailboxes have unread mail in them. Da Emails then makes a list of all of these mailboxes and displays them in a customizeable interface.

Thanks to the power of Konfabulator, you can set Da Emails to be visible just above the desktop picture so that its never in your way, but always there when you need it. With Mac OS X 10.3s revolutionary Expos? feature, seeing what new mail has come in is as easy as moving the mouse into an Expos? hot corner or hitting a key on the keyboard.

Backup Mail is a small AppleScript that scans all Eudora mailboxes for messages older than the value of "aging" in days.
It moves any messages it finds to a designated mailbox "BackupMailbox."

Any mailboxes listed in the Exclude property are not checked, and this may be confirmed because the windows of unchecked mailboxes are not closed by the script. This allows the user to easily move any desired messages to the backup folder manually. I exclude "In" because the vast majority of my mail gets filtered, and "In" usually contains on-going conversations with people or messages I want to keep available.

Max Mailwatchm will place a mail icon on your menubars right side, showing the amount of unread emails in your imap account.

To setup just click icon and enter your information.

Just unzip and launch.

Mail Badger is a plug-in for Apples Mail.app that enhances the applications dock icon by allowing users to set up multiple badges that display message counts from different counts or mailboxes of messages that satisfy a wide range of conditions.
Main features:
- Supports any number of badges, limited only by available memory and performance
- Complete control and freedom over the position and size of badges on the dock icon
- Badges can be colorized and made partially transparent
- Users can set their own custom images to be used on badges (Mail Badger comes with four built-in shapes)
- Configurable fonts and other text attributes for the number displayed on each badge
- Message counts displayed on each badge can be computed from the number of messages in a mailbox (unread, read, or total), from the number of messages that satisfy a set of conditions, or by the result of running AppleScript code
Enhancements:
- Integrated Help can be loaded by clicking the purple Help button at the bottom-right corner of the Mail Badger section of the Preferences window.
- The built-in "Spiked Circle" images have been altered to remove some of the unnecessary empty space around them. You may need to slightly resize or reposition some of your badges that use this image set to get the exact appearance that you had in the previous versions.
- Badge colorization algorithm now honors the saturation of the original image as well as the brightness when applying color.
- When loading into a new image set an image taller than 128 pixels, the user is now asked if the image should be resized or if the original should be used as is.
- The position of the text anchor on a custom image is now also displayed as percentages in the image set window.
- Sometimes custom images in the image set boxes would be drawn on top of the borders of those boxes.

MailPod is an AppleScript based tool that copies emails in Apple Mail to an iPod as a note entry so you can carry and read email messages on your iPod.

Enhancements
- You can now choose which mailbox to sync with your iPod. However, due to Mails AppleScript limitations, smart mailboxes can not be used. Bummer....

Mr Mail2Entourage allows you to import your email messages and address book from Apples Mail.app into the Microsoft Entourage email client.
Mail.app is the great email program that comes for free with Mac OS X. One annoying lack of features is the difficulty in exporting mail to other client software. This makes it hard to even evaluate other programs such as Entourage. If you want to start using Entourage and have a need to get all your previous mails transferred you might want to try Mr Mail2Entourage. There are probably other droplets, programs, and descriptions on how to accomplish the task of mailbox Export/Import between Mail.app and Entourage.
Tiger News: Mail2Entourage does currently not work for mailboxes created in Mail 2, which comes with Tiger. Interestingly, the older mailboxes are recognized but only messages from before upgrading to Tiger will be transfered to Entourage. However, the import/export functions in the latest versions of Mail.app and Entourage are better than they used to be. I will only update Mr Mail2Entourage if there is a need for it, please let me know. If you manage without this application, well, congratulations! If you manage thanks to this applications, congratulations too.
Enhancements:

- The window can behave like normal or stay floating on top of other running apps, which is useful for those with smaller displays.
- After all it requires both Mail and Entourage to be open.
- Application can now be quit by pressing ?cmd+Q.
- Several fixes, now accepts mailboxes with multiple punctuations.

MenuMail 1.5 is a feature-rich and trustworthy application that can monitor IMAP message stores and alert you when new mail arrives. MenuMail displays a small icon in your menu bar, and can optionally alert your with a sound.
