Bulk Mail Script Set is a set of three scripts that can be useful to export an address list for use with my Bulk Mail MSE. The scripts are also useful by themselves.

The pair of scripts to export and import groups from the Address Book can be used to save a record of groups before doing a complex rebuild of the database, and then to restore the groups after the rebuild.

Oni Key Configuration Script 1.0b3 is an innovative and versatile utility which displays pull-down menus for you to select the key you wish to bind. Once you have set your controls, a text document is generated for you. Simply paste the information into the "key_config.txt" file in your Oni folder, save, and you're set.

The port_authority applescript uses the GRC (Gibson Research Corporation) port authority website to scan a specific port on your own computer (it will not scan a computer in another location) and check its status, e.g., closed, open, or stealth.

Clipper is a Multiple Picture and Text Clipboard utility program for use In QuarkXpress (English, French and Dutch). Clipper is an independent application, with 10 text clipboards and 10 picture clipboards in one floating palette which stays in front of all XPress-documents.

Drop Script lets you create new applications from any BSD program which takes files as command line arguments. Typically, these are scripts written in sh, perl, etc.

The Shutdown/Restart script is useful for users who now use Apple Pro Extended keyboards, which no longer include a power key/button.

By assigning this script to an Fkey [under the keyboard control panel in OS 9.04 and above], one can restore most of this power key dialog box functionality.

The newer Macintosh models come with keyboards that do not sport a shutdown key. To shut down, you must go to the Finders Special menu and choose "Shut Down".

If you have one of these keyboards and would like to restore the convenience of the shutdown key, Shutdown Script will help you by assign it to one of the existing function keys, say F15.

Since its an application, its slightly slower than a true shutdown key (but otherwise just as convenient). Meant for Power PC Macs running OS 9.

Convert Script is a little AppleScript that converts script text between standard ASCII and Macintosh format, making scripts more email friendly.
Designed for use with AppleScript mailing lists, it also attempts to salvage mangled scripts which were not preprocessed prior to being sent to the mailing list.
Special symbols like chevrons, not equal signs, continuation characters and others are replaced with other characters by the server sometimes making the original script unreadable.
Completly freeware.
