Heat of Battle 2.0 is a fantastic game which can help you fill all of that spare time on your hands!

It's here! The culmination of years of intense work, dedication, blood, sweat, tears, and crashes to desktop. Heat of Battle for Call of Duty has finally reached that pivotal v1.0. There are a lot of great new features into this version and are finally at a point where we feel comfortable calling it one point zero. In the beginning there was one vision for what we felt that Call of Duty should be. Of course, that vision has been altered many times but the fundamental goals remained the same. Bring gamers together, make them want to work together, and make it as tactical as possible.

Requirements: Mac OS X 10.4 or later.

When I was very young, I got an electronic version of BattleShips (called "Sea Battle") for Christmas one year. I loved it, I could play against the "built-in computer" (a big thing in those days!) in various modes or against a friend. We thought it was fabulous and played it and played it until we damn near broke it. Sadly, it is now broken, probably from having been consigned to the attic for the last 16-or-so years!!
Anyway, Ive wanted to play it again for ages, so I set about writing my own version of it. I know there are others out there, but theyre all either not quite what Im looking for or take too long to set up and get stuck into a game. J-Battle is as simple as it gets: fire it up, select "New Game" and click where you want to shoot at. Its absolutely great if youve got a few minutes to spare or if youre bored at work! ;)
I hope you like playing J-Battle. Ill admit that its not exactly addictive, but it is very good for a quick fix if thats all youre after. If theres anything you particularly like about J-Battle, anything you want to know, have any constructive criticism or ideas for future versions, please let me know. Likewise if you would like the source code or have created an icon you think might be better. Actually, while Im on the subject of the icon, if you own the picture that the current icon came from, then Im sorry but I found the pic via Google image search a number of months ago and cant for the life of me remember where it came from! Let me know and Ill credit you or change it.

Battlegram is a client that connects to the public chat interface ("Chat") of Blizzard Entertainments Battle.net Internet gaming service. It enables Mac users of Battle.net to communicate with other Battle.net users without having to use one of Blizzards game clients.
Battlegram only connects to the Chat part of Battle.net and does not even touch the private binary part of Battle.net. It will only connect to a recognized Battle.net realm, of which there are four at the time of this writing (USWest, USEast, Europe, and Asia).
Battlegram is not a Battle.net hacking tool and will not perform anything currently forbidden by Battle.nets Terms of Use.
Main features:
- Connects to the Chat interfaces of the USWest, USEast, Europe, and Asia realms on Battle.net
- Plays a sound effect when a user talks in a group, or whispers you (this can be turned on and off)
- Requests the users attention if the user receives a private message (a "whisper") while Battlegram is in the background (this can be turned on and off)
- Supports logging and printing conversations, as well as the system cut/copy/paste interface
- Text colors can be customized
- Supports speaking text
- Supports spell checking
- Supports mouse wheels
- Detects the presence of authentic Blizzard representatives in chat rooms
- Works correctly with the Battle.net "/beep" command
- Available in English and French.
Enhancements:

- The preferences file has been changed from "Battlegram.plist" to "com.attbi.home.dreamless.Battlegram.plist".
- Finally fixed the packet fragmentation bug. Previous versions had problems with commands sent out in separate packets.
- Added a shortcut to whisper to someone who is in the same channel.
- Fixed problems with prebinding.

Battle Tanks is an "Artillery"-game (set angle and power, try to blow your friends (or enemies) up).
