Main features:
- You only really need to click two buttons to rip a DVD for iPod. Its as easy as that.

Swine Flu Mapping 2.0
Free Dashboard map widget for your Mac more>> Were chagrined to announce the public release of HandBrake 0.9.1. Why chagrined? Because 0.9.0 wasnt as stable as it should have been, something 0.9.1 rectifies.
This minor update squashes a number of glaring bugs. Most notably, HandBrake will no longer hang at the end of encoding MKV files with chapter markers. This means the Animation, Bedlam, Constant Quality Rate, Deux Six Quatre, Film, and Television presets are now usable.
Additional improvements:
Impressive performance enhancements
Significant interface prettification (Mac more than Win)
Color subtitles now show up in color
Changing dimensions in Picture Settings no longer causes a crash (Mac)
Forced subtitle support
More robust exception handling (Win)
Closing the main window no longer causes HandBrake to crash (Mac)
Using Slow deinterlacing no longer doubles the chapter count.
MPEG Stream support is now case-insensitive (.VOB as well as .vob, etc) and more compatible
No more error messages sent to standard out instead of standard error
Bigger buffer for the activity log (Mac)
Proper display of fading subtitles amv mac
On-completion options to shutdown, suspend, etc (Win)
Same as source FPS now works correctly when the end-credits of a progressive film are interlaced.
Add-to-queue fixed (Win)
Target size fixed for the umpteenth time (Mac)<<less
DVD2Pod 0.2
DVD2Pod - Rip your DVDs into an iPod compatible format more>>
Notes/warnings:
- When converting a large title (over an hour or two), it will say 100% at the end, but it really isnt complete until it changes to "Done". This is a bug with HandBrake, and will be fixed if/when HandBrake is fixed too.
- If a title on the DVD isnt listed, or a title doesnt convert, theres nothing I can really do as its most likely a problem with HandBrake.
DVD2Pod is free and open source.

Move to iTunes 1.1r2
Move to iTunes is a tool to transfer audio and video files dropped onto it to your iTunes library. more>>
Move to iTunes 1.1r2 is a tool to transfer audio and video files dropped onto it to your iTunes library. When the original files are on your hard drive, this happens nearly instantly, even for massive video files, and leaves no duplicate files on the drive. In the case of video files, it also sets them to resume where you left off, and so they will not play during shuffle play.
Why? The primary use of this is to add DVD movies Ive converted for my iPod with Handbrake to iTunes, without having to wait a long time for them to copy, without having to manually trash the duplicate original, and without having to manually set the "Remember playback position" and "Skip when shuffling" options every time.
Enhancements:
- corrected confusing (and incorrect!) use of the term "Automator Action" - it is now referred to as a "Finder Automator plugin". The plugin installer and uninstaller were changed to reflect this.
Requirements:
- Version 1.1r2 of Move to iTunes has been tested with iTunes 7.0.1 and Mac OS X 10.4.8 - it may work with earlier versions, but that has not been tested.
