The user-friendly application "Graph vX" makes it possible to display the overlaying oscillation of two sine waves easily. Each of the two waves can be edited in amplitude, frequency, horizontal and vertical shifting.
The whole graph can be animated for a better comprehension and later be exported as .pict- or .bmp-file.

MjoGraph is a 2D plot editor that runs on Java, and fully customized for scientists or researchers who offen work with computer simulations and want to visulalize results quickly.

What you need is only to drag & drop data files you want to plot.

MjoGraph is very simple but also allows you to create great-looking graphs easily and quickly with its smartly designed UI.

The SM2DGraphView framework provides an NSView subclass which draws pie charts or graphs of lines and/or bars including axis labels. The SM2DGraphView class acts very much like an NSTableView or NSBrowser; SM2DGraphView takes responsibility for all of the drawing code but relies on a data source object to provide the specific lines and points to draw. A delegate object can also be assigned to a graph object to modify the behavior of the graph view.
The package includes Interface Builder (IB) palette to easily add graphs to your nib files.
