The SM2DGraphView framework provides an NSView subclass which draws pie charts or graphs of lines and/or bars including axis labels. The SM2DGraphView class acts very much like an NSTableView or NSBrowser; SM2DGraphView takes responsibility for all of the drawing code but relies on a data source object to provide the specific lines and points to draw. A delegate object can also be assigned to a graph object to modify the behavior of the graph view.

Graphing Functions 1.2 is a program for students to search and plot solutions to parabolas, hyperbolas, and absolute value functions applying an on-screen Cartesian plane and five moveable points.

Granet (Graph networking) is a simple, no-cost utility that graphs the throughput of each active network interface on your computer. It works with most any network interface recognized by the OS (including Ethernet, Airport, and PPP).

Each interface is displayed in its own window which can be moved and re-sized from small to large. Each window scales independently so the graph is drawn appropriately throughout the throughput range.

simjava is a process based discrete event simulation package for Java, similar to Jades Sim++, with animation facilities.
A simjava simulation is a collection of entities each running in its own thread. These entities are connected together by ports and can communicate with each other by sending and receiving event objects.
A central system class will control all the threads, advance the simulation time, and deliver the events. The progress of the simulation is recorded through trace messages produced by the entities and saved in a file.

Graphite is a free widget for Apples Dashboard. You give it a website and a number on that site, and it will track and graph changes to that number over time.
