On the back of the widget you can enter your account details - this can be as simple as selecting, say, Gmail and then entering your Gmail address and Gmail password. Don't worry - the geeks among you can still enter specific server details (hosts, port numbers and other such guff).
Sending an email is as easy as typing in the email address of the person you want to email, followed by the subject and message. Click the DashMail button and off it goes!
As an added bonus there is a list of the last 5 people you've emailed stashed away in the dropdown to the right of the to box making it nice and easy to contact those people you email most often. Same thing goes for the subject box for that matter.
