Global Consciousness Widget pulls from the stream of consciousness in realtime from the Global Consciousness web site. Instead of having pre-determined text, this displays the live text feed from our web site. You can even add your own messages and have them broadcast around the world. Every minute when new messages are pulled, the widget will zoom to the message origin.

To post messages just flip the widget over and log in. Registration with the web site is required for your messages to contain your geolocation. When you enter your message it will be queued. The web site then pulls message(s) from the queue for display each minute. When the queue is empty it will randomly pull a message from the database of currently 16,600 messages.
