Find MX from Domain is a little AppleScript that will return the mail-server dns-name that corresponds to a domain name using the shell commands "dig" and "grep".

Completly freeware for non-commercial use.

AIFF from PCM is a freeware tool to convert files containing stereo or mono linear PCM sound data into AIFF format.
To help visualize here is an example: You authored a DVD disk using iDVD a long time ago. The burned disk is still there but your original soundtrack is no more available. Although you can extract the sound data from the DVD using for example the excellent MacTheRipper or YadeX, this extracted file wont play.
The problem is that it will be extracted as PCM, which is a raw sound data missing any additional information. To play it, to import it into iTunes or to use it in iDVD again, the file has to be converted into another format. The file type most recommended to be converted to would be AIFF, and AIFF from PCM is a tool that can be of great help for this job.

fracplanet is an interactive application to generate and view random fractal planets and terrain with oceans, mountains, icecaps, and rivers, then save them in POV-Ray format. It uses Qt and OpenGL. This is an installer for fracplanet 0.2.0.

Place the MultiEnvelope from E in W script in the "Entourage Script Menu Items" folder. If you are using Mac OS 9.x this folder is inside the "Microsoft User Data" folder inside your "Documents" folder.

If you cannot locate the folder, use your file search option (Find File or Sherlock) to find the scripts folder, or select "About this menu..." on Entourages Scripts Menu; it will tell you where to place scripts for your computer.

Danger from the Deep (known as dangerdeep or DftD) is a free (as in free speech), Open Source World War II german submarine simulator.
Danger from the Deep and source code is available under the GPL license and most of the artwork/data is released under a Creative Commons license (Attribution/NonCommercial/Non-Derivative works).
DftD is currently being developed on Linux (i386 and AMD64) and Windows. There are binarys available for Linux (i386 and amd64), Windows (32bit) and there are some old packages for MacOSX.
Danger from the Deep is a program that makes use of SDL/OpenGL and thus should be portable to other operating systems or platforms.
Danger from the Deep is planned as tactical simulation and will be as realistic as our time and knowledge of physics allows. Its current state is ALPHA, but it is playable. If anyone wants to contribute in development, youre welcome, just email the dangerdeep-devel mailing list. Contributing binary packages for various Linux distributions would also be much appreciated.

This script automates the conversion of OmniGraffle files to PDF.

You can use this script as an application or a Script Menu item.

When using it as a Script Menu item, select files in the Finder first and then run this script from the menu.

To use it as an application, simply open it or drop OmniGraffle files onto it. The OmniGraffle files will be opened in OmniGraffle and then saved as a PDF.
