Rip To iPod 2.1 is designed as a handy tool to rip CD track to iTunes and immediately copy it to iPod. It deletes the file, and removes the track from the iTunes library, giving the appearance of seamless CD-to-iPod importing. You can also change your encoder on-the-fly and your Preferences-set encoder will be restored after the rip.

Requires that iPod be set to "Manually manage music and videos". iPods set to sync are ignored.

I did not support sorting by Artist, Album, etc. because reading all the MP3 ID3 tags takes a long time. If you tried other applications that do this method of indexing you know what I mean. I find 90% of the time I just need to grab a file or two and want to get in and get out.
So I would rather not wait for a long start-up delay due to reading every ID3 tag on every MP3. And saving a file of the last load doesnt work for me as the contents of my pod change frequently. I wrote iPod Exporter for my needs, yours may be different.

System Profile to iPod is an Automator script created application copies specified parts of information from the Apple app, System Profiler, to your iPod.
Even if you dont have an iPod, the application still saves a text file to your HDD.
