Cycle color is a special effects plug that simply lets you cycle the red, green, and blue channels (i.e. it will take the red channel and put in green, green in blue, and blue in red. or it will take red and place it in blue, blue in green, and green in red). the net result will be a picture using strange colors.

You can use this free plugin to introduce strange colors into your clip.

area of effect :
define the area of the clip you want to be affected by the plug-in. all other parts of the clip remain untouched.

cycle:
this slider has three settings: cycle once (red>green>blue>red), twice (red>blue>green>red), or three times (red>red, green>green, blue>blue).

I made a red and black theme for the dialer. Its nothing special but it works. If you hoover over the buttons the images have a lighter gradient.

PPPoE ColorMenu is a twiddle that makes your PPP or PPPoE menu show red when you are not connected, and green when you are connected. And with the PPP menu, when a connect or disconnect is in progress, the icon flashes red & green. The Apple-installed PPP/PPoE menus is black, and the only way to tell that you are disconnected is that the very tiny "connection dots" are grey. PPPoECM makes the status much clearer. No modifications in /System/ needed!

It is a good example of repeating dialogs with checks and sub-routines.
