Due to major changes made by Apple to all network services that relied upon the underlying xinetd superdaemon, the TftpServer applications doesnt yet work with Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger". I hope to fix this compatibility issue later.

- When running Tiger the xinetd super-daemon is started only if it was already running berfore launching the TftpServer app.
