Apart from the basic functionality present in Aqua Icons, Flying Icons has some additional features. It allows you to select a folder or an IconFactory iContainer as a source of icons.
In fact, for optimum performance and utility, use of an iContainer is recommended (because of less disk activity). It also features some more advanced options, that allow you to modify how the icons behave.
The maximum number of icons is 100 (in Aqua Icons it was set to 30). In addition, Flying Icons can run on two screens simultaneously. Aqua Icons only supported one screen. Of course, many of these options come with performance penalties, but should run within a few percent CPU on recent high end desktops and portables.

Over the years, WeatherMe has evolved to track changes in X-Plane as well as user requests. WeatherMes goal is to operate without human intervention and to do one thing well.
WeatherMe checks for new weather every 20 minutes. Starting with Release 3.0, the user now has a choice of three different sets of weather data: two from NOAA plus the original UMN site. UMN remains the default so if you fly destinations outside the USA you may want to select one of the NOAA options in the Preferences dialog. The users choice of weather data is saved in a preference file. I caution against assuming NOAA is the best source for data. In my experience, it is less reliable than UMN though it does have the advantage of more extensive geographic coverage. You play as a faction leader protecting the barbarian city, Jorvik, by destroying threatening monsters and completing quests. At the same time, you compete with rival factions to see who will rule the city. Barbarians choose their leaders by fighting to the death!
As a faction leader, you must deal with rival factions through diplomacy, trade, and in time, war. Between battles and raids against other barbarian factions, you build the most powerful faction possible, to withstand your enemies. Building the power of a faction involves exploring a fantasy world, slaying dangerous monsters, solving quests for the city, avoiding deadly traps, and plundering loot to share within your faction.
But in this world, actions actually have consequences, so take care. Annoying the powerful and aggressive Legion of Fear faction will cause them to declare war and destroy you. Ignored Orc uprisings in the Black Forest will cause even more trouble. Protect ally covenants that are being raided, because friends are hard to come by.

Editions & Reflexions 1.0 are considered as a flexible and effective applications which are designed to add utility to your current backup. They do not backup or restore files. They are Universal Binaries developed in Tiger (10.4.11) and have been successfully tested in Leopard.
Editions (1.0.3) - Allows you to make a duplicate or "edition" of any editable file as it matures. May be useful with Apple's Time Machine and Backup as it allows you make a duplicate when you need it without fear that it will be deleted later. (Time Machine only keeps weekly backups for anything older than one month.)
Reflexions (1.4) - Reflexions instantly opens the backup folder window matching the current frontmost folder window. Useful only with a Finder-compatible incremental (mirror-image) backup. (... such as Intego's Personal Backup X. It cannot be used with a differential backup such as Apple's Time Machine or Backup.)

Main features:

- Scenery includes all vmap0 lakes, rivers, roads, railroads, cities, towns, land cover, etc.
- Nice scenery night lighting with ground lighting concentrated in urban areas (based on real maps) and headlights visible on major highways. This allows for realistic night VFR flying with the ability to spot towns and cities and follow roads.
- Scenery tiles are paged (loaded/unloaded) in a separate thread to minimize the frame rate hit when you need to load new areas.
Enhancements:
- New plane models, 3D clouds, volumetric shadows, seasonal terrain textures, air carrier operations, more weather effects, redout/blackout on high G loads, heat haze, and more AI capabilities were added.
- A major rework of the multiplayer code was done, with a WWW-based multiplayer server status page (based on the Google Map).
- The GUI was also reworked, and is more friendly to new users now; the ATC dialogs no longer impede flying.

Connect 3 stars of the same colour and they will explode, automatically providing valuable fuel for your spaceship. If you run out of fuel, your spaceship will implode and you will lose a life. When a star is nearby, a marker will appear at the edge of the screen showing the colour and direction of the star. Use these for planning star groupings in the quickest possible time.
When stars explode, other stars may drift off into space. Collect them again for bonus points. The more you use your Thrust, the quicker your fuel will disappear! As the game progresses, thrusting uses more and more fuel, so be careful!
