Apple does not offer an uninstaller, making removing or downgrading to an earlier version very difficult. FCS Remover allows you to quickly and easily uninstall Final Cut Studio either permanently or in order to reinstall an earlier version. Version 1.0.7 features Final Cut Server support, and removes support files missed out in previous versions.

Compressor Repair 1.2 is designed as an effective program to check for problems that could be preventing Compressor and Qmaster from operating correctly and to check for missing files, repair incorrect permissions and attempt to manually start the qmasterd process.
Apple's Compressor relies heavily on the Qmaster service in order to work. Qmaster allows you to split rendering tasks across multiple machines in a render farm but it is still required even if you are only rendering on a single computer.
The link between the two is so important that if the Qmaster service fails to launch, Compressor will be unable to submit batches. Should this occur, Compressor Repair checks for problems that could be preventing Qmaster from operating correctly.

If youve ever wondered how to work with authentication, you can look into the Smiley source (I guarantee it wont be much simpler). If you want to know how to add pictures to tables, grab the source (it is really easy). If you want to add a feature or review the code, go for it. Just send FCS any changes that think should be made or you have already made and itll be added to the official source files.
