EyeTV Exporter is little Applescript to export all your EyeTV Recording with one click.
The exported filenames will contain title, startdate, starttime and exportformat.
The exported recordings will be found in your Movie Folder. You could choose the Exportformat at start. You could just start it by clicking or by adding it to your Applescript Menu.
Enhancements:
- rewrote the Growl function. So now EyeTV Exporter should also run without Growl installed.

With the new functionality of the plug-in interface, the EyeTV software gives third parties access to the raw incoming MPEG-2 transport stream packet data. At this time the API is available for the following products:
- EyeTV 200 (analog)
- EyeTV 300/310 (DVB-S)
- EyeTV 400/410 (DVB-T)
- EyeTV 500 (ATSC)
The plug-in receives plugged and unplugged notifications. It can request or release individual PIDs within the MPEG-2 transport stream, and most importantly, it has access to transport stream packets in real time, as they arrive from the device.
EyeTV plugin SDK is called before EyeTV looks at the packets, so it is even possible to modify the data.
The SDK includes a plug-in sample Xcode project as an easy way to demonstrate EyeTV plug-in functionality. This plug-in displays information about the captured MPEG-2 transport stream.

EyeTV EPG Proxy fills the need for EPG data for users in certain countries.
Background: EyeTV is a DVR software for Mac OS X, with support for EPG (Electronic Programming Guide) in many countries. Unfortunately, EPG data is not available at all in some countries (Canada, for example), or it is available only via a paid subscription (tvtv for European countries, for example).
How does it work: Basically, it acts as a proxy between EyeTV and the real EPG data source (Zap2It or XMLTV). Traffic is redirected from EyeTV to your personnal web server, on which PHP scripts will answer with data that EyeTV can understand. More details can be found on the EEP official website.
EyeTV EPG Proxy is open source (under LGPL license).

You could use this links to open the movies in another player for example VLC or you could use them to share the movies over the network to another mac, Windows PC, XboxMediaCenter or other MediaPlayer. (For sharing you have to set "follow symbolic links" for the pertinent sharing protocol: FTP, SMB, AFP). The Links will be created in your Movie Folder or in the folder you chosse.
Be aware if you edit the movies in another editor then EyeTV then EyeTV perhaps have problems to play, export or edit the files any longer.
