Entourage facilitates exporting and importing entire Address Books or individual contacts as vCards, but not several contacts at once.

Export Contacts (Entourage) is an AppleScript that enables you to export multiple contacts, or even entire groups, easily, either to another Entourage user (via email or Zip or floppy disks) or simply from one of your Identities to another. It can include Categories in the export.

Print Tasks List is an Entourage AppleScript that prints the Entourage Tasks List in a fully-customizable Table format in Word. It also provides some extra features missing from Entourage.

Running 10.2.4 create a folder ~/Library/PDF Services. Place the compiled PDF by Entourage into the folder. The print dialog now includes this as a popup menu item.

When selected a PDF is created, a new message created in Entourage, and the PDF added to it as an attachment. No support offered, and free to use and modify.

Split Recipients (Entourage) is an Entourage AppleScript that will replicate messages into the number of copies needed to comply with an ISPs maximum number of recipients allowed per outgoing message.

The original maximum number of recipients per message set by default is 20 recipients.

You can change the number of recepients by selecting the script in Entourage’s AppleScript when you don’t have a new unsent message ready in the front window.

Events & Tasks (Entourage) allow you to import or export calendar events or tasks one or more at a time to/from your own Entourage Calendar to/from other Entourage users.

Mr Mail2Entourage allows you to import your email messages and address book from Apples Mail.app into the Microsoft Entourage email client.
Mail.app is the great email program that comes for free with Mac OS X. One annoying lack of features is the difficulty in exporting mail to other client software. This makes it hard to even evaluate other programs such as Entourage. If you want to start using Entourage and have a need to get all your previous mails transferred you might want to try Mr Mail2Entourage. There are probably other droplets, programs, and descriptions on how to accomplish the task of mailbox Export/Import between Mail.app and Entourage.
Tiger News: Mail2Entourage does currently not work for mailboxes created in Mail 2, which comes with Tiger. Interestingly, the older mailboxes are recognized but only messages from before upgrading to Tiger will be transfered to Entourage. However, the import/export functions in the latest versions of Mail.app and Entourage are better than they used to be. I will only update Mr Mail2Entourage if there is a need for it, please let me know. If you manage without this application, well, congratulations! If you manage thanks to this applications, congratulations too.
Enhancements:
- Major update.
- Mailboxes are converted faster.
- The window can behave like normal or stay floating on top of other running apps, which is useful for those with smaller displays.
- After all it requires both Mail and Entourage to be open.
- Application can now be quit by pressing ?cmd+Q.
- Several fixes, now accepts mailboxes with multiple punctuations.
- And finally, a new icon.

Send pdf via Entourage uses the PDF workflow feature, introduced in OS X 10.2.4, to send a pdf file via Entourage. It prompts users for a file name rather than naming everything "Print Job.pdf".
The script can also be used via drag and drop.
