Update-Virex Definitions is an AppleScript that checks to see if a Virus Definitions file (on a server volume) is newer than the one you have.

If yours is older, then the newer version will replace your version of the Definitions file.

This file is a self-extracting archive that contains the Norton AntiVirus Virus Definitions Installer.

Once the file is downloaded and expanded on your hard drive, simply double-click the installer, and the appropriate files will be installed on your computer. The latest release adds new definitions.
