Mail EnScrypt 1.3
Mail EnScrypt is designed as a useful collection of applications (written in Applescript) providing high quality and easy-to-use encryption and digital signatures for many of the applications Mac enthusiasts use for text processing and communication more>>
Mail EnScrypt 1.3 is designed as a useful collection of applications (written in Applescript) providing high quality and easy-to-use encryption and digital signatures for many of the applications Mac enthusiasts use for text processing and communication. Different modules in the suite work with various applications including Eudora, Entourage, Mail (Apple), Tex-Edit Plus, Microsoft Word. More are on the way.
Each module is designed to be fully compatible with every other module, meaning that users can create encrypted text with one application, send the message to a correspondent, who can then decrypt it with a different application. The typical use for EnScrypt would be secure communications. Because it uses a state-of-the-art encryption algorithm (Blowfish) with a 128 bit key, you would probably call it "strong encryption", although the use of shorter or overly simple passwords would surely compromise the security.
EnScrypt also includes "SHA1" for digital signatures. The user selects a plain text message in one of the supported programs. Then he runs EnScrypt. The encrypted version of the text either replaces the original or is placed in a new document. It is encoded it so that it can be transported easily, and it is signed so that a recipient with the right password can confirm the integrity of both the text and the sender's identity. This version for encrypting and decrypting text from Mail (Apple).

Outgoing email script for Entourage. more>>
Backup Mail 1.2
Backup Mail - Backup manager for Eudora more>>
It moves any messages it finds to a designated mailbox "BackupMailbox."
Any mailboxes listed in the Exclude property are not checked, and this may be confirmed because the windows of unchecked mailboxes are not closed by the script. This allows the user to easily move any desired messages to the backup folder manually. I exclude "In" because the vast majority of my mail gets filtered, and "In" usually contains on-going conversations with people or messages I want to keep available.
Completly freeware.

Widget Mail - Send a quick message to someone more>> Widget Mail - Send a quick message to someone

If youre a beginner, all you have to do is click the Register button. There arent a billion fields like some web sites. Just your username and password. Then, you can log-in. You will stay logged in until you close the widget or choose to log-out. Mail messages in your inbox are sorted by the date sent; the newest are on the top.
Mail messages which havent been read appear in white, while the ones which have been read are in black. Just click on the subject to view the message! You can choose to reply to the message or delete it. Dont worry: you can choose to block messages from certain usernames or only allow certain usernames to send messages to you (all others besides the ones on your allow list will be blocked if you choose this option). All your friends have to do is download this widget, register, and then youll be sending messages in no time! When you send a message, you just enter the username that your friend used when registering for the "to:" field.
