Star Conquest is a turn-based strategic wargame. It may be played as a single player, multi-player or network game. Up to ten players can play in a game, accompanied by up to ten computer controlled players.
Your objective is to guide your species in its expansion to all corners of the known Universe. You start with two or more populated Planets and a small number of Star Ships. Using these Star Ships you have to explore and colonise other Star Systems.
Soon you will encounter other species. Will you choose to conquer all, or perhaps fight as part of an alliance. Each year you can decide what strategy to follow, moving Star Ships or Fleets to attack or defend, colonising Planets and exploring Star Systems. Once every player has issued his or her commands, the year ends and the results are calculated. The game continues until all players are eliminated and only a single player or alliance remains.
Being a strategic wargame, Star Conquest is relatively complex and it may take several weeks before you fully appreciate its complexity and subtly of game play. If you are looking for a fast paced action game this isnt it!

This hack includes sound effect replacements for many of Wolfenstein's sounds. The new sounds are based on clips from "Weird Al" Yankovic's music, his movie UHF, his Disney special, and his MTV special Al TV. It also includes an ALenstein title screen and a sound effects test level. ALenstein brings Al-style humor to the classic Wolfenstein game!
Please note that since ALenstein is a Wolfenstein 3D mod, and Wolfenstein is a Classic application, this game will not run natively in Mac OS X. You can try running it in a classic Mac emulator.

Apple WaveBurner 1.1.1 is an update dealing with reliability and performance problems encountered with WaveBurner 1.1. It also improves compatibility with Mac OS X version 10.4 (Tiger).
Furthermore, the update corrects the following issues:
- Selecting an output other than 1/2 in the Audio Driver preferences no longer produces silent CDs.
- The default values in the Burn preferences of WaveBurner have been changed (Write SCMS option and Write PreEmphasis options are now off by default). This addresses a problem that may be encountered with WaveBurner 1.1 when burning ISRC code with the Pioneer DVD Burner.
- Use of plug-in settings created in Logic now works as expected.
- Dragging audio files onto the WaveBurner icon in the Finder or Dock now works as expected: A new project is created and the audio files are added. If a WaveBurner project is active, the files are inserted at the end of the project.
- Dragging files directly from the Finder into the Wave View area now works.
- Editing values in the Region and Track list now works as expected.
- Editing values in the Region Info, CD Track Info and Index Point Info window is now operational.
- The time format values chosen in the Wave View area, Track and Region list are now saved in the WaveBurner project.
- The Disc Length field now displays in the time format selected in the Track list.
- In some extremely rare situations, the Undo function of WaveBurner did not work as expected. These issues are addressed in this update.

admaDIC created a small package splmount which easily allows to mount additional volumes in a fli4l router.
The package splmount includes an option to automatically install the ext2 kernel module. The standard configuration of fli4l v3.x only includes the ext3 module. It should be possible to mount ext2 volumes, but we encountered several configurations which did not work properly. In these situations the option to load the ext2 module may be activated and it should be possible to mount the ext2 volumes.
The package should be extracted into the directory which contains the fli4l files. The kernel module ext2.o is included in the package splmount. Originally it is stored in the package kernel-modules-extra.tar.gz, but was included in splmount to save the additional work of extracting it from kernel-modules-extra.tar.gz.
