Well sometimes when you quit a program for some reason the memory that was previously being used by the program gets locked up. This means that the computer still thinks you have a program using the memory and keeps you from accessing it. Restarting the Finder can cure this problem in seconds. Once you restart the finder it will likely recognize that no programs are using said memory and will free it up.

This wrapper does not only make it very easy for you to set up an emulator to run your old DOS software, Cocoon also contains a complete graphical user interface, called OpenGEM, for those who don't have Windows 3.1 at their disposal. Although Cocoon supports disk images, you don't need to create or manipulate disk images to use DOS software.
