JGuiB 3.0
JGuiB - Java GUI for Boomer more>>
JGuiB turns interactive mode of Boomer into a GUI-based (window) application using command-line mode of Boomer. JGuiB includes three most commonly used functions of Boomer in PK/PD modeling: normal fitting, simulation and Bayesian estimation.

Pixen is specifically for small-scale or pixel art; it shines better there than any other application. Not only that, but Pixen carries no price tag: its open source under the MIT license and absolutely free.
Pixen has more unique and powerful features for pixel art than any other program, including some features that are exclusive to Pixen and have never been in any other graphics program.
The majority of these most interesting features have come as direct requests from our users, professional and amateur pixel artists who, like us, see Pixen as a tool built for the artist-not for a marketing department.

iCab 3.0.3
iCab is a alternative web browser for the Macintosh, still in development more>>
But you can try the iCab Preview at the download page. In the next few months better versions of iCab will be offered on our site.
After the first final release, we will offer "iCab Pro" for $29. You will also be able to download a version for free.
The next, larger update (iCab 3.0) will include a much better implementation of CSS. Many web pages which require certain CSS features which are currently not implemented, will look much better in 3.0. New CSS implementation requires many internal changes and modifications. Parts of these changes are already finished in iCab 2.9 (even if these are not visible, other than the increased speed of iCab), other parts still need to be implemented, and will be in iCab 3.0.
These internal modifications are very complex, and because the iCab team is very small (1 - 1.5 people, doing all the programming, e-mail support and everything else) you could get the impression that the development of iCab was very slow in the past (especially if most parts of the changes were just internal modifications, and not visible like new features). Development is difficult work, though not always visible. But the next (iCab 3.0) release will have many new features (like much better CSS support) which are quite visible, and which will make iCab much more compatible with most web pages again.
We appreciate your patience, and assure you the next release will have profound (and visible) improvements, features and modifications!
Enhancements:
- Universal Binary.
- The new release also supports Fav-Icons, Digest Authentification, saves/restores Sessions (all open Tabs/Windows can be saved as "Session" and loaded again later).
- Therere also some bugfixes and workarounds for certain web pages.
nTunes 3.0
nTunes - Control the iTunes on the stereo from any other Mac on the network more>>
nTunes is a little network iTunes remote control script for Mac OS X
Note: to use the app you have to tailor it to your system. It should be easy, it just involves altering an Applescript in two places. There are instructions in each version.
Enhancements:
- It was created in XCode 2.0 in OS X 10.4.3. That might mean its a universal binary, so it might work on the forthcoming Intel Macs... but Im not really sure about that, and am too lazy to find out definitively.
- It also gives the app a metal theme rather than the old Aqua one. Lots of people hate metal, but nTunes is supposed to mimic a physical remote control that you hold in your hand, so the theme is appropriate. I also happen to think it looks better in this particular app, and I like that you can drag the app around from any part of it rather than just from the title bar.
- The shuffle toggle and volume bar are even more responsive in this version; both will change to reflect the music servers actual state whenever you click one of the other buttons (e.g. if you change the volume in some other manner, you can make nTuness volume bar reflect the current actual volume by simply pausing and unpausing the music).
- Last but not least, Ive added a whole new crapload of code to create a jukebox function. Its crude but it works.

Getfem++ 3.0
Getfem++ focuses on the development of a generic and efficient C++ library for finite element methods elementary computations more>>
Getfem++ offers a complete separation between integration methods (exact or approximated), geometric transformations (linear or not) and finite element methods of arbitrary degrees. Getfem++ is able to really relieve a more integrated finite element code of technical difficulties of elementary computations.
Examples of available finite element method are : Pk on simplices in arbitrary degrees and dimensions, Qk on parallelepipeds, P1, P2 with bubble functions, Hermite elements, Argyris element, elements with hierarchic basis (for multigrid methods for instance), discontinuous Pk or Qk, XFem, vectorial elements (RT0, Nedelec) ...
The addition of a new finite element method is straightforward. Its description on the reference element must be provided (in most of the cases, this is the description of the basis functions, and nothing more). Extensions are provided for Hermite elements, piecewise polynomial, non-polynomial and vectorial elements, XFem.
The library also includes the usual tools for finite elements such as assembly procedures for classical PDEs, interpolation methods, computation of norms, mesh operations (including automatic refinement), boundary conditions, post-processing tools such as extraction of slices from a mesh ...
Getfem++ can be used to build very general finite elements codes, where the finite elements, integration methods, dimension of the meshes, are just some parameters that can be changed very easily, thus allowing a large spectrum of experimentations.
Getfem++ has no meshing capabilities (apart regular meshes), hence it is necessary to import meshes. Imports formats currently known by getfem are GiD , GmSH and emc2 mesh files. However, given a mesh, it is possible to refine it automatically.
Enhancements:
- The getfem and gmm header files have been moved into their respective subdirectories. So, as a consequence, the include directives have to be updated:
- #include gmm_xxx.h should be replaced with #include gmm/gmm_xxx.h
- #include getfem_xxx.h should be replaced with #include getfem/getfem_xxx.h
- The getfem interface (python and matlab) is now included in the getfem tar.gz file, in the interface subdirectory. They can be enabled with the --enable-python or --enable-matlab switch of the configure script
- Some C1 composite elements have been added (triangles and quadrilaterals)
- Levelset support has been improved
