Suggested procedure:
1 place GetArtwork into "~/Library/iTunes/Scripts" - create the Scripts folder if necessary.
2 select all songs from a given album in iTunes
3 make sure, that artwork is displayed in iTunes
4 select "Get Artwork" from iTunes Script menu.
5 see what happens
6 if all goes well and the cover displayed in the Safari window is the one you wanted, click Accept and wait a few moments.

Basically I got sick of accidentally closing a window in Safari when I meant to click the back button and loosing the 10 or so tabs that were open at the time.
There are a couple of plugins already out there that provide this exact functionality, but implementing my own gave me a chance to learn how to write plugins and to do some reverse engineering.
It turns out its incredibly easy with the aid of SIMBL, which handles most of the generic plugin handling that youd have to write if you were to implement it as an InputManager.
