Application Annihilator does the same thing as some commercial products for free.

All you have to do is select the application and Application Annihilator automatically removes all the the files on your hard drive related to that application: the preferences, support files and of coarse the application itself.

And if you change your mind, just go into Finder and Undo the last operation, and everything is restored to its former glory.

Duplicate Event is an AppleScript for Microsoft Entourage 2001 that displays a list of your events to choose from, and duplicates whatever event you selected.

You can edit the four properties at the top of this script to customize how it works:
• Optionally displays a dialog after successfully duplicating an event (default is not displaying the dialog).
• Optionally appends "copy" to the subject of the new duplicate event (default is appending "copy").
• Optionally does not list events whose only category is "Holiday" (default is not listing "Holiday" events).
• Optionally opens the new duplicate event (default is not opening the duplicate).

Duplicate Message is an Entourage script that duplicates any message (ported from OE). So, in other words, it makes a copy... yknow?

You can use this report to manually locate each pair in your address book, merge the information in the records if necessary, and then delete one of the two.

When you run the script, it asks if you want to stop at the first pair of duplicates and display them in Entourages Address Book. If you reply "Yes," the script will not write a report file; instead, it will run, locate a set of duplicates, and then open the Address Book with those contacts selected. You can then do with them as you wish.

You will also need to download and install Bluetooth Object Push 1.0. Open it in Automator and save it as a Finder Plugin. Now when use your Finder to select an image of any size and Control Click to bring up your contextual menu. Navigate to Automator and select your new plugin. After Scaling it will ask you to select the file you want to send to your device.

Note: this will not copy or duplicate your current image but will replace it with the smaller, scaled image! Your original will be replaced with an image 150 pixels wide so duplicate it before using this script if you want to keep the original intact.
