Comic Book Dollhouse is an experimental toy for making and playing interactive comic books.
If youre new, Id suggest launching the program and opening "A Tale of Two Robots," a storyworld filled with danger, romance, and adventure. Mac OSX users should run "cbd X", and other Mac users should run "cbd."
Inspired by The Sims.
Enhancements:
- First Windows version. CBD now runs on MacOS9, OSX, and Windows.
- Verbs can have indirect objects.
- First incarnation of plot recognition and generation. The interface sucks, and execution time is O(2^n), so writing morphemes is hard and they might run real slowly if the story is long.

The Music Recommendation System is an automated system that provides music recommendations specifically tailored to each user to find new music that they might like. This system, designed by students at the University of Illinois (Champaign-Urbana), operates by taking ratings (or playcounts) from your own iTunes playlists and comparing them against other users who have used the recommendation system. Right now we have a very small number of users, and so the recommendations will most likely be laughable. However they will get better over time as more people enter into the system; meanwhile, enjoy while the numbers grow. Download the client try it out. Tell your friends to try MRS to help improve the results.
Enhancements:
- Adds "Save as" to save your recommendations to an html file.

Since iTunes Library keeps crashing occasionally I was searching for a way to preserve all metadata. The tags are safely stored inside the files. Only the rating is not.

Thats what iTunes Backup and Restore Rating Scripts does - it backups the rating into the (at least for me) useless BPM-Tag. Its also an script for restoring into rating included.

I Love Stars 3.3 comes to you as a very simple menu bar application which makes it easy for you to view and change the rating of the currently playing song in iTunes.

Hidden functionality is built into iTunes that allows songs to be rated on a scale of 0 to 100 instead of just 0 to 5. In fact, a * rating is really 20, a ** rating is really 40, a *** rating is really 60, a **** rating is really 80, and a ***** rating is really 100.
With HiRate, you can take advantage of this functionality to improve your iTunes ratings. Perhaps you have a song that you rated four-star, but like a bit better than your other four-star songs.
Using HiRate, you can raise the rating to 81. It will still show up in iTunes as a four-star song, but youll see it at the top of your four-star songs when sorting by rating.
