Clipboard Image Dimensions can quickly provide the width and height of an image held by the clipboard without leaving the current application.

It can be run with a script editor, from system-wide script menus, such as FastScripts and Apples script menu, and by other utilities that allow users to launch compiled AppleScript scripts.

The Dimensionizer is a contextual menu plugin for Mac OS X that allows you to discover the dimensions (height and width) of virtually any image with a single click.

Best of all, you don’t even have to remember the dimensions to use them. Just select the menu item representing an image, and Dimensionizer will copy the image dimensions to the clipboard.

Draw Dieline CS is an AppleScript that draws flexo bag and sleeve label templates in Illustrator CS.
Draw Dieline CS can reduce production time by drawing the template for you. All you have to do is type in the dimension for the label height/cutoff. Next type in the size of each panel using a space between each dimension. Enter the optional no print margins (TOP BOTTOM LEFT RIGHT) with a space between the four dimensions, or press the "Skip" button. Illustrator instantly draws the template; complete with die, clear colors and corresponding layers. It also draws dimension lines and arrow heads. Works in millimeters or inches.
Note: if No print Margins are skipped, the layflat dimensions will not be drawn. This feature is for flexo sleeves.

Podsize is a Dashboard widget that allows you to check whether video is the proper size and format to be copied to an iPod.
The fifth-generation iPods maximum video size is primarily constrainted by pixel count, being 480?480, or 230,400 pixels for MPEG-4 formatted files or 320?240 / 76,800 pixels for H.264 formatted files.
On the front, enter your video dimensions into the appropriate boxes, select a constraint (4:3, 16:9 etc) and Podsize will let you know whether or not your video is iPod-compatible.
You can also bump your video dimensions up and down using the controls at the bottom of the widget.
On the back of the widget, you can swap between H.264 and MPEG-4 video and customise Podsize to match your iPod.
