The Firmware Restoration CD is used to restore the firmware of an Intel-based iMac (early 2006), Mac mini (early 2006), or MacBook Pro (early 2006) to original factory condition.
It can only be used to restore the Firmware after an interrupted or failed update.

1) Launch Disk Utility (located in /Applications/Utilities).

2) Click on the Burn icon or select the "Burn..."menu from the Images menu.

3) Navigate to where FirmwareRestorationCD.dmg is located and click the Burn button.

4) Insert a blank recordable CD or DVD.

5) Click the Burn button to create the Firmware Restoration CD.

The files are burned to the disc.

Using the Firmware Restoration CD, restore your Firmware back to factory condition:

6) Insure that the machine you are trying to restore is plugged into an AC outlet.

7) Power on the computer and hold down the power button until the LED blinks rapidly followed immediately by a successive series of blinks (3 quick blinks, 3 slow blinks, 3 quick blinks), then release the Power button.

8) Insert the Firmware Restoration CD into the optical drive.

After 30-60 seconds, the startup beep sound is played and a progress bar appears beneath the Apple logo on a gray screen.

The progress bar indicates the firmware is being updated.

DO NOT unplug, shut down, or restart the computer during the update or you will need to restart the restoration process beginning with step 6.

9) The computer will restart automatically after the firmware is updated.

To restore your computers firmware, first create a CD using the disk image named "FirmwareRestorationCD.dmg":

To use Digital Passages RSS screensaver:
1. Place the "Digital_Passages_RSS.qtz" file in ~/Library/Screen Savers/

2. Go to your System Preferences and set your Screen Saver to, "Digital Passages RSS.qtz"

This is a free public version that may be copied and distributed as long as this document and the enclosing folder is completely included as is.

The AOL Pictures application allows you to create and view albums on the AOL Pictures service.
AOL Pictures also installs an iPhoto Export plug-in which you may use in order to export your photos directly from iPhoto to the AOL Pictures service.
Main features:
- AOL Pictures requires an existing internet connection.
- AOL Pictures will only offer to install the iPhoto Export plug-in if you have iPhoto 4.0 or later installed.
- AOL Pictures officially only supports AOL Accounts. Some AIM accounts may work, but are not supported at this time. The AOL Pictures web site (http://pictures.aol.com) can be used with an AIM account.
- AOL Pictures does not support sharing of albums directly from the application. To share an album, you can create it with AOL Pictures, but then youll need to use the AOL Pictures web site (http://pictures.aol.com) to share your album with friends.

Digital Video Techniques is a collection of 10 icons, which were included on the coverdisk for Digital Video Techniques.

The icons are best viewed in 128x128 at 32bit and are completly freeware.

Digital Clock Widget is a digital clock for your dashboard.
Flip it over and you can choose 3 different sizes as well as change the LCD display color to one of 5 different colors.
