Free Dice is a simple, free Mac OS X tool for rolling dice. It is intended for use with role playing games and miniatures games, but can be used whenever you need to generate random numbers.

DiceX is a nice, freeware dice-roller for role-playing games. The main reason I programmed this was a lack of satisfaction from existing dice-rollers.
One can enter the quantity of dice, number of sides, and put in an optional bonus, and this program will roll the dice; theres also a memory feature where one can save/restore values for the number of dice, sides, bonus, and result.
DiceX features dropping functions, to drop either the lowest or the highest die, or even both, and a log text field, to show a detailed breakdown of each roll.

- Made roll-generation code multithreaded for improved efficiency.
- Rolls can now be stopped, even while logging or roll tabulation is taking place.
- Made the log more thread-safe.
- Now released under the BSD license.
- Fixed a small memory leak.

- Added a contextual menu to the log outline view.

Eldon Dice is a free Yahoo widget that features a pair of shiny blue dice for the desktop. Click them to roll them. Theyre animated!

Simplistic Dice 1 is an inviting and easy to play game which can attract anyone. All dice simulators for Mac OS X seem to be widgets. Simplistic Dice fixes that problem by creating the first full-fledged dice application for Mac. Simplistic Dice is the most basic dice program available. Choose between one or two dice, and then roll.

Evil Dice PE - The Ultimate Puzzle Game Now for Mac!
Evil Dice PE is an amazing puzzle game similar to Devil Dice for the PlayStation (which was considered by many major game critics to be quite possibly the greatest puzzle game ever, even better than Tetris). It has a few simple rules: try and match up similar dice by rolling and pushing them around, scoring points as you do. Although this may seem simple, it leads to intense mind-busting lightning fast puzzle action like youve never experienced before. It is a great game which I have you doubt you will quickly become addicted to.
Enhancements:
- Swapped the 3 and 5 which were on the wrong sides of the die.
- Also added a little icon. Thanks to Chris Clark for spotting this error and making the little icon.

Okay, Sherman, set the way back machine for 1995. Im in college, and dating my future wife, Koka. We play various dice games a lot, one of which was the very nice UltraDice. But, Koka wasnt too impressed with it, and requested lots of changes. So I, eager to show off my programming chops, hacked it around (gota love ResEdit!) and turned it into KokaDice. Same game, my graphics and sound.

Fastforward a few years. UltraDice (and playing in college) are distant memories. Were now running OS X, and it seems silly to start up classic just to play an old dice game. Fortunately, by this point, Id learned Objective-C, so I could do something about it.

So KokaDice was re-born in all of its native cocoa goodness. Brand spanking new everything in it, 100% by me (no hacking other peoples code this time!). Fun, enjoyable, you name it. If you like dice games, this is the one to beat.
