LinkABoo is an application that can create hyperlinks which point to specific e-mail messages inside Apples Mail application. You can use such a link in the same way as a "normal" hyperlink (and, technically speaking, it is a "normal" Mac OS X hyperlink).
For instance, you could create a linked Internet location file in the Finder, put it on the Dock, add the link to an iCal todo, use it from applications such as OmniOutliner or DEVONthink, or you could even use it from the shell / Terminal. Basically, you can create and use such links in any Mac OS X application that can handle hyperlinks.
To give you a better impression of how LinkABoo works, I have developed a series of images which you can find on www.bluem.net/linkaboo/.
Version restrictions:
- LinkABoo will no longer be freeware after exiting beta stage.
