SEELEWASCHEN was composed by Karlheinz Essl for an outdoor light installation by the German artist Rainer Gottemeier. Using the sound of one single bell stroke as its basic material, the piece unfolds a rich sonic cosmos by a computer program written by the composer.
Taking advantage of compositional algorithms that have been developed by Karlheinz Essl since the early 1980ies, the piece is generated in realtime. It can be perceived as a sonic organism which might serve as a source for inspiration and meditation, running forever and ever...
This piece neither requires nor offers any user interaction. It runs entirely on its own, driven by its internal compositional algorithms which ensure variability and richness, even over a long period of time.

BorkPad is a faithful replica (within reason) of the classic Mac OS 9 NotePad, originally developed by Light Software.
It stores multiple pages of plain text notes. It is designed to be fast launching and unobtrusive.
Enhancements:
- Fixed problem where edits to notes could be lost if the goto-note or find sheets were opened.
- BorkPad now remembers what note you were on, and restores it on startup. Thanks to Jeff Perrin for reminidng us of that feature.
- Notes are now stored in ~/Library/Application Support rather than in the user defaults file.

All Beat clocks display the same time dispite local times zones. GMT+1 is used as the reference zone.
People can use beat time to help cordinate events with people that may span many times zones or political time zones without having to know what the local time is. This can be most usfull if you dont know if someone elses country follows a form of Daylight Savings.

PDiQue, aka iQue on USB, is a Cocoa program that simply modifies three Property lists used by Palm Desktop. These lists are what Palm Desktop uses to know what USB devices it can talk to. By chance, or luck, or whatever you may think, the iQue is compatible with Palm Desktop 4.1, but Palm Desktop does not assume so. By adding it to these lists, Palm Desktop will sync with the iQue. Just run this once, restart Transport Monitor (stop and start via HotSync Manager), and youre set!
