Mac-on-Linux is a linux/ppc program which makes it possible to run Mac OS in parallel with Linux.

Mac-on-Linux is intended to be used by peoplewho run linux/ppc as their main operating system but still want to be able to run that occasional Mac OS application.

Provides a "Log" function that outputs a string to a debugging console, which is DCon on Mac and something like DebugView on Windows. This allows you to add instructions to your code and see them on the text logged by an RB-independent tool, allowing you to even see whats going when your RB app should crash right after the output.

Safari Debugger activates hidden debugging features that can be used to fix errors with accessing online banking and many other web sites.

The goal of this project is to create an easy to use GUI program that enables Mac OS X user with iPods to install linux on HFS+ formatted iPods while still allowing users to keep and use the Apple Supplied OS. Currently this project supports 1G, 2G, and 3G iPods. Photo, 4G, U2, and Mini iPods are still not supported officially. Support for these and other iPods will come according to what progress is made on the iPodLinux kernel.

macam is a driver designed for USB webcams on Mac OS X. It allows hundreds of USB webcams to be used by many Mac OS X video-aware applications. The aim is to support as many webcams as possible.
macam is also able to download images from some dual-mode cameras. macam especially tries to support those cameras not supported by Apple or by their manufacturers.
macam consist of an application and a component. Run the macam application to verify whether your camera works with your Mac and your USB setup.

The component is that actual driver that allows other applications to access the video-stream. (note: iChat does not recognize USB webcams unless you install iChatUSBCam - this is shareware unrelated to macam)

macam supports several hundred different cameras! Many Logitech, Creative and other name brand cameras are supported, as are a large number of generic, and store-branded cameras. Thus many cameras are supported that we have not even heard about.
Here is a list of cameras with macam support indicated. Remember that this list is necessarily incomplete and not always up to date; so please try the macam application with your camera before abandoning hope. Please let us know if your camera does not appear on the list, or if the support has changed from the one indicated.
