Netinfo Database Loader 1.1 is created to be a tiny yet effective Filemaker pro database which assists you to import information in your local or shared Netinfo databases. It works by reformating and dumping all the entries in "raw format" that is copied in the Clipboard. Create a plain Textedit file, paste the dump in it, save it as UTF-8, then go back to the database to finish importation with AppleScript and the Terminal.
It is particularly well suited to create entries to use with OpenLDAP and Open directory in Mac OS X Server 10.2 so that you can create a shared LDAP directory to be exploited from Address Book, Entourage, or any other LDAP client.

Xactuell for QuarkXPress 8.x 5.0r5
Xactuell for QuarkXPress 8.x proves itself to be a helpful and innovative tool for effectively transferring information from databases into layout documents and backwards. more>>
Xactuell for QuarkXPress 8.x 5.0r5 proves itself to be a helpful and innovative tool transferring information from databases into layout documents and backwards.for effectively. It communicates with all common databases and interchange formats like XML, MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Excel, FileMaker, XML, CSV, DB/2, Sybase, Access, SQlite, Informix, Lotus Notes, An iBase database is already included.
With Xactuell it is possible to link text sections inside of text boxes, entire text boxes, picture boxes and tables. Once a link between a layout document and a database is established, the linked objects (e.g. prices, texts and pictures) in the document can be updated at any time. The update can either cover the entire document, or refer to certain selected page areas or queries only (e.g. if only the prices, but not the corresponding product descriptions are to be updated).
If required, the process also works the other way round: data from the layout document can be written back onto the database, e.g. to create a page index. Xactuell understands the full command scope of the tagged text filter, e.g. for formatting text passages exactly as they should appear in your layout.
Feel free to make manual layout modifications at any time, your layout will stay a native layout document (enriched with the latest information from your database). Catalogues produced with Xactuell can always have an individual appearance and do not necessarily look like typical generated "database publishing" catalogues.
Requirements:
- QuarkXPress 8.x TCP/IP Default Browser

GRASS GIS 6.4rc5
Geographic resources analysis support system. more>>
GRASS GIS 6.4rc5 is stand for Geographic Resources Analysis Support System, which used for data management, image processing, graphics production, spatial modelling, and visualization of many types of data. It is Free (Libre) Software/Open Source released under GNU General Public License (GPL). GRASS is official project of the Open Source Geospatial Foundation.
Originally developed by the U.S. Army Construction Engineering Research Laboratories (USA-CERL, 1982-1995), a branch of the US Army Corp of Engineers, as a tool for land management and environmental planning by the military, GRASS has evolved into a powerful utility with a wide range of applications in many different areas of scientific research. GRASS is currently used in academic and commercial settings around the world, as well as many governmental agencies including NASA, NOAA, USDA, DLR, CSIRO, the National Park Service, the U.S. Census Bureau, USGS, and many environmental consulting companies.
The new GRASS 6 release introduces a new topological 2D/3D vector engine and support for vector network analysis. Attributes are now managed in a SQL-based DBMS. A new display manager has been implemented. The NVIZ visualization tool was enhanced to display 3D vector data and voxel volumes. Messages are partially translated (i18N) with support for FreeType fonts, including multibyte Asian characters. New LOCATIONs can be auto-generated by EPSG code number. GRASS is integrated with GDAL/OGR libraries to support an extensive range of raster and vector formats, including OGC-conformal Simple Features.
The GRASS Development Team has grown into a multi-national team consisting of developers at numerous locations.
In September 2006, the GRASS Project Steering Commitee was formed which is responsible for the overall management of the project. The PSC is especially responsible for granting SVN write access.
Major Features:
- GRASS (Geographic Resources Analysis Support System) is a raster/vector GIS, image processing system, and graphics production system.
- GRASS contains over 350 programs and tools to render maps and images on monitor and paper; manipulate raster, vector, and sites data; process multi spectral image data; and create, manage, and store spatial data.
- GRASS uses both an intuitive windows interface as well as command line syntax for ease of operations.
- GRASS can interface with commercial printers, plotters, digitizers, and databases to develop new data as well as manage existing data.
- GRASS supports workgroups through its LOCATION/MAPSET concept which can be set up to share data over NFS (Network File System). Keeping LOCATIONs with their underlying MAPSETs on a central server, a team can simultaneously work in the same project database.
- GRASS is released under GNU GPL, the source code (5.x: more than 1 million lines of C; 6.x 500k SLOC) is completely available.
- GRASS provides a sophisticated GIS library which can be used for own developments.
