Links is a text-based browser with support for HTML tables and frames.
Main features:
- a light and stable alternative to the big GUI browsers;
- a colour terminal (X11/GUI or console);
- lightning-fast loading and rendering of pages;
- bookmarks, rebindable keys, multi-language support, multiple character sets;
- background downloads (with multiple simultaneous connections);
- support for FTP (not passive FTP) and LOCALFILE protocols, HTTP and FTP proxies;
- SSL support since version 0.94.

Reference Link is a System 7-only INIT that makes THINK Reference 2.0 easier to use. With R.L. installed, a modified double-click on a word in a text editor or word processor causes the word to be looked up in THINK Reference 2.0. A keystroke jumps back to the editor. Freeware.

Since CodeWarrior now has its own communication with THINK Reference, this extension is not as vital as it once was. Frankly, I havent looked at it for a couple of years, I hope its still reasonably compatible!

Piltdown is a general purpose HTML link checker. It works recursively to discover links and determine if the objects they point to are missing or relocated. Please review the readme file piltdown.txt for a full description.

Piltdown is written in Perl and will run on nearly any networked computer.

I wrote Piltdown after becoming frustrated with the alternatives. Most link checkers available on the Internet are either incomplete, inaccurate, or both. For example, certain Web servers do not respond appropriately to the HTTP "HEAD" request, so well written link checkers that depend on HEAD will report missing links where there are none. (My testing suggests that these non-compliant servers come from a certain corporation with initials "MS". Why am I not surprised?!) Another GUI based checker for OSX worked well, but flagged all relative links with a leading "/" as errors when they were not. And what about links that hide inside of CSS or javascript files? Most link checkers cant look inside these non-html files.

So there you have it. Piltdown is available for free (!), but please do not repackage or charge a fee for it. Piltdown comes without warrantee of any kind, expressed or implied. Shrink uses TinyURL.com and the links are permanent.
Type inn a long address and press Enter, wait while your link is generated; it will automaticaly be copied when its ready.
That means that youll just have to start the Widget and past the link where you want it seconds later.
