DYMO is proud to present version 7 of DYMO Label Software! This new version now supports the expanded line of LabelWriter printers: LabelWriter 400 and 400 Turbo, LabelWriter Twin Turbo, and LabelWriter Duo.

DLS now includes a Tape Editor for printing on D1 labels using our new LabelWriter Duo printer.

When installing a LabelWriter Duo printer, select DYMO DUO USB from the list of choices in the Printer List. The LabelWriter Duo printer appears as two separate printers: DYMO DUO Tape and DYMO DUO Label.

The LabelWriter Duo printer does not support Rendezvous. You will not be able to locate a LabelWriter Duo printer with Rendezvous.

Printing to both the LabelWriter Duo Tape and Label printers at the same time is not recommended.

Whats New in This Release:

· DLS 7.6 is a Universal Binary Release.
· New Add-in for Microsoft Excel. The Add-in is automatically installed when you install DLS and you have Microsoft Office 2004 or X already installed.
· Updated documentation. More information is now provided about printing to shared printers and print servers over the network in the online Help.
· Improved Printer Installation. After the software installation is complete, just plug in a new printer and it will automatically install. The exception is the LabelWriter Duo and the older 300 series printers. Those printers must be added through the Print Center/Printer Setup Utility.

MailServe helps Mac users set up a totally buzzword-compliant mail server in less than a minute, the Mac Way. It sets up SMTP, POP3, IMAP and Fetchmail services, including support for SSL and SMTP authentication.

0.4.8 Update : The "WorkAround Bonjour" stall that Apple introduced with 10.4.7 is now only seen on PPC-based Macs (please read my 10.4.7 notes). However this doesnt affect the Postfix, POP, IMAP & Fetchmail services which will all still work correctly.

Note : Some mail servers may reject mail coming from a dynamic IP address, on the (flawed) assumption that such mail must be from a spammer. But this is how Ive set things up so that I can keep sending mail from anywhere I happen to be.
