Ircle controls iTunes is a set of AppleScripts that will let you launch iTunes, start playing songs, change volume and more all without lifting your hands from the keyboard.

/play - will start playing a song in the current library in iTunes
/song - will display only to you what song is currently playing
/psong - will broadcast to the current channel what song is currently playing
/next - will switch to the next song in iTunes, and display to you what the new song is
/pause - will pause the current song in iTunes
/stop - will stop playing whatever song is playing in iTunes
/vl - will set the volume in iTunes to 10 (out of 100)
/vm - sets iTunes volume to 50
/vh - sets iTunes volume to 90
/vd - will lower the iTunes volume by 10
/vu - will raise the iTunes volume by 10.

Completly freeware.

Recent Tunes stores a list of recently played iTunes songs in your menu bar for quick access. Choosing a recently played tune from the list immediately plays the song in iTunes.
With the combination of Recent Tunes and the iTunes dock menu, nearly all the stuff you want to do with iTunes is at your fingertips and out of your way.
Enhancements:
- Recent tunes now uploads a file to your server for the tune currently playing and a file for the recently played tunes using either FTP, SSH, or HTTP GET. By default the files are named currentune.html and recenttunes.html. Both names are configurable in the Preference Panel.

NetRatings is an iTunes controller that allows editing of the ratings, and other details of the currently playing iTunes track, whether that track is part of the local library, or a shared remote library.
In order to update remote shared libraries, a copy of NetRatings must be running on the remote machine, but no further configuration is required.

- Easy access to set track ratings and the enabled for playback options for the currently playing track.
- Set track ratings numerically (0-100) or as 0-5 stars.
- View and edit (almost) all track properties on both local and remote iTunes libraries.

Find/Set Lyrics of Current iTunes Track is a free and easy to use pair of scripts for the Camino browser that will allow you to open a new tab, load a LyricsWiki search results page for the track currently playing in iTunes, and set the lyrics of that track to the selected text.
You will have to click on the appropriate link in the search results and then highlight the actual lyrics in between running the two scripts - this part of the process cant be automated.
Nevertheless this is a pretty quick way to add lyrics to iTunes tracks directly from Camino.
INSTALLATION: Unzip and copy the script to the path ~/Library/Scripts/Applications/Camino/, where the tilde (~) represents your home folder, creating any subfolders that dont already exist. The script will appear under a "Camino Scripts" heading in your system-wide Script menu when Camino is the frontmost application. In Camino 1.6 or later, the script can be placed on the Camino toolbar by draggig it from the "Customize Toolbar" drop-down sheet.

Enhancements
- The Find Lyrics script will now attemt to go directly to the current tracks LyricWiki.org page; if doing so does not result in useful content, then a search results page will be loaded instead.

Get Lyrical is a useful script that will attempt to get the lyrics of the currently playing or selected track from searchlyrics.org and store them as the tracks lyrics.
