CSM Maker 1.5 lets you create custom Control Strip Modules to launch any program. Just drag and drop an application onto CSM Makers icon and a Control Strip Module will be created for that application.

FineVol CSM 1.0 comes to you as a useful control strip module which helps you accurately set the volume to levels below 1 without fiddling with the innacurate audio CD slider. Useful on powerbooks with too-loud speakers.
