Count the Mail for Eudora counts the mail you have stored in Eudora. It will report, in a screen dialog, the number of mail folders, mailboxes and messages and the amount of disk space used.

It also offers the option to copy this information to the clipboard. It will count mail in mailboxes buried many levels down through the mail folder hierarchy, limited only by the amount of system heap available.

Count Contacts is a simple script to display the total number of people in your OS X Address Book.

Place these scripts in "~/Library/Scripts/", select some text on the current page displayed by Safari, then select the appropriate script from the Script menu to create a new mail message with the selected text in any of the supported mail apps (Mail, Microsoft Entourage, AOL, Eudora, MailSmith, or QuickMail Pro).
