CornerClock is a desktop utility which provides the option of displaying a chiming clock in the top left corner of the screen. You can have the time or the date displayed by default (the other will display upon placing the cursor over the corner). You can also turn off the display and just use the chime functionality.
CornerClock includes some chimes of its own, and also loads the system sounds for optional chimes. You can add or change chimes to CornerClock by using ResEdit. Edit the "snd" resource.
Chime sounds run from ID 140 through 199 (must be successive... when CornerClock detects an unused slot, it stops loading sounds). These chimes can be played at the hour, or 15, 30, and 45 minutes after the hour (with the option of playing different chimes at different time slots).

You can use your US zip code or you can easily find your town or city by using the built in search tool. It is unobtrusive and lightweight, yet can be customized to display nearly as much data as the leading desktop weather programs. If you cant find what you are looking for, double-click the weather icons displayed to open the weather.com forecast for that day. A slider, slimilar to when popup notification for when all downloads complete, pops up from the bottom right corner of your screen when the current conditions are updated. You can even set what appears in it or disable it.

CAPS Warn is designed for people who type with one hand using Sticky Keys, or for anyone who presses the Caps Lock key frequently by mistake.
CAPS Warn is able to warn you by playing the system alert sound when:
1) you turn on the CAPS Lock, and/or
2) you type a specified number (default 5) of keys with the SHIFT key (or Sticky Keys SHIFT) or CAPS Lock.
CAPS Warn warns you regardless of what application you are typing into.
