Robot Controller allows you to:
- Download firmware to the RCX
- Control the three motor outputs
- Set up the three sensor inputs and monitor their values
- Download programs to the five program slots and run them
- Set up the datalog and save it on your disk in readable form
- Send and receive messages to and from your robot
- Examine the use of the RCX memory
- Read and change the values of the RCX variables
- Control the RCX with AppleScript.
Robot controller only works on Mac OS X version 10.1 or later. It works both with the USB IR tower and with the serial IR tower (provided you have a serial port with a driver). Programs for download must be in .rcx format, as produced by nqc; firmware for download must be in .lgo format, as included in the Lego 2.0 beta SDK.
Known problems:
- There seems to be a problem using one of the two USB channels on my G4. If your USB tower shows up in the preferences, but then doesnt work, try it in the other channel. I think this is a bug in IOKit, and I have reported it to Apple.
Enhancements:
- Fixed datalog dragging bugs.
- Added preference for datalog filename.

As the driver is open source, it is also possible to see an example of how to communicate with the driver directly, to control the LEDs as well as bypass the Force Feedback functionality for direct rumble motor control.
Third party controllers should also be supported, but these must be added manually to the drivers list of supported devices. Currently this includes the official controller and the DOA4 stick controller.

This game, still in development, is a mix between Sokoban and Kula-World. Kiki the Nanobot revolves around the theme of nanotechnology, putting you in an immersive, surreal environment. You play as Kiki, a small robot in the nano world. Your task is to repair the Maker. Before you can get to the Maker, however, you must complete several levels, each with its own puzzle to solve. Once you managed to solve a particular puzzle, an exit gate will be activated, allowing you to move on to the next level.
Beware of mutant bots along the way; they are dumb but can do damage with their projectiles. You will also have to guide Kiki past obstacles such as spikes, blockades, and bombs. Seek out goodies such as health and energy atoms, and produce kinetic energy with gears, wires, motors, and generators that lay about the nanoscopic environment.

Most of the complexity of AMP resides in the propeller model, which is based on N.A.C.A. Technical Note Number 698. AMP currently only supports two bladed propellers up to 25 degrees in pitch measured at .75r. If there is sufficient interest, data for three-bladed propellers and ones of higher pitch or different aspect ratio will be added in the future.
The Battery model is loosely based on Sanyo specifications for NiMh chemistry. It still needs some work, but should do well for most common conditions.
The models for the Gearbox and Speed Controller are overly simplistic. Again, though, they should work for initial estimates.
