Insert Contact Email is an Entourage AppleScript that quickly inserts into a message you are composing an E-mail address for a contact in your Address Book. It inserts the address only, enclosed in angle brackets, e.g.,.

It locates the contact when you enter a full name, partial name, company name, or nickname.

Find Contact Plus is a script for Microsoft Entourage that will rapidly locate a contact record, or multiple records, by full name, last name, or E-mail address. When prompted, enter the name or address you are searching for. The action taken by the script depends on your input.
Enhancements:

Nokia Contact Sender X is an application that transfers names, phone numbers, and email addresses from your Mac to a vCard-enabled mobile phone (including the Nokia 8260, 8265, 3360, 5165 and possibly others) over the Internet.
This method is especially useful with Nokia phones that dont offer a data cable or an IrDA port (like the 8260).
Not all Nokia models or mobile phone companies support the use of vCards and/or SMS. Check with your phone company and the Nokia web site to see if your phone supports this feature.

Nokia Contact Sender X 1.4b6 is created to be a useful application with the ability to transfer names and phone numbers to your Nokia mobile phone. It does this by emailing a specially formatted vCard to your phone's email address using a technology called SMS. This method is especially useful with Nokia phones that don't offer a data cable or an IrDA port (like the 8260).

Please note: some phone companies charge for text messaging on a per-message basis. Since Nokia Contact Sender X breaks up contacts into multiple small messages, sending 100 contacts could take up to 400 messages.
