Make mailing list rule 1.0
Make mailing list rule - Make a new rule for a mailing list. more>>
This script will create a folder for a mailing list, and create a rule to move incoming messages for that list into the folder, only if no folder or rule of the same name already exists. It makes the rule the second rule in the rule list--this is because many people have a kill file rule as the first rule.
The script makes the assumption that the To recipient is the list address. If that is not the case, do not use the script for that list. Unfortunately, there is no one characteristic common to all mailing lists that a script can use.

Stalker CommuniGate List 1.5.1
Stalker CommuniGate List is a beneficial and easy-to-use communication module which implements mailing lists and message distribution. more>>
Stalker CommuniGate List 1.5.1 is a beneficial and easy-to-use communication module which implements mailing lists and message distribution.
The module itself maintains lists information, creating of message digests, and message distribution. Actual message delivery is implemented with the CommuniGate kernel and other CommuniGate modules. Mailing lists used for message distribution can contain E-mail, Fax, Pager and other addresses supported with the CommuniGate system. The List module can maintain several mailing lists simultaneously. Each mailing list can have its own set of options. Since the List module receives all messages via the CommuniGate kernel, data conversions (as MIME decoding) are always performed.
The List supports the "feed" operation mode, when each posted message is immediately distributed to all subscribers. List also supports the "digest" operation mode, when posted messages are composed into digests which are sent to the subscribers at specified times. The List supports archiving of digests and retrieving of back issues via E-mail and supports moderated mailing lists. List stores subscription lists as tab-delimited text files. It allows you to create applications that can easily manipulate with mailing lists. List is optimized to process large (multi-thousand subscribers) mailing lists effectively.

What kind of lists? Well, anything! A list of presents to buy, movies to rent, books to read, things to do before you die, groceries to pick up, names for your unborn child The mind boggles!
A lot of people use text files for these kinds of lists. Call me an interface nerd, but I prefer something a little more robust to maintain my lists. Specifically, I like OmniOutliner. So, I made this little program to give me the ease of use and flexibility of a text file within the wonderful interface of OOP.

Mojo Mail 2.6
Mojo Mail brings a very tractable and powerful mailing list manager. more>>
Mojo Mail 2.6 brings a very tractable and powerful mailing list manager. Its main advantage to systems like Majordomo and Mail Man is in its web-based control panel. Anything that has to be done with a mailing list can be handled from your browser. No weird commands to remember, no typing into a terminal shell. This makes Mojo Mail extremely friendly and intuitive. Mojo Mail is being used by many people to replace Majordomo. More control can be given to individual list owners and less work has to be done by the system administrator. Mojo Mail works great for individual sites and as a ASP (Application Service Provider)
Mojo Mail has all of the standard things you would expect (or should expect) from a mailing list manager; opt in subscribing, opt out unsubscribing, message archiving and message sending. Since Mojo Mail is a web-based application, you can also customize the look and feel of the pages that your visitors will interact with. Mojo Mail also has light group discussion support.

Note: Some mailing list servers strip out the original message headers and substitute their own. In this case, there is nothing that this script can do for you.
Email.cgi 5.0.3
Email.cgi is one of the most salutary programs that can extract the contents of an HTML form and send those contents to one or more email addresses. more>>
Email.cgi 5.0.3 is one of the most salutary programs that can extract the contents of an HTML form and send those contents to one or more email addresses.
Email.cgi supports carbon copied and well as blind carbon copied messages. It allows for required fields giving Webmasters to ability to mandate data-entry for specific inputs before processing will be completed. Email.cgi has two types of output: output to an email address and output in the form of HTML documents. Both types are highly customizable. No configuration is necessary to the program itself; all customizations are done through the creation of HTML forms.
Email.cgi captures and optionally returns the bits of information sent by Web browsers (environment variables) describing their operating environment. The source code for email.cgi is freely available so you can make changes as you see fit. Using email.cgi writers of HTML documents can create things such as but not limited to: surveys, order forms, requests for more information, front-ends to mailing list commands, comment forms, purchase requests, votes and polls, etc.
Combined with your desktop email program's filtering functions you will be able to use email.cgi to automatically update databases, process mailing list requests, or return automated email replies to specific questions.
