Close and Delete is a small AppleScript for BBEdit which closes the frontmost document and moves it to the trash without a warning.

BBEdit has a great feature called Close & Delete, which is available when you hold down Shift and view the File menu. In BBEdit 7.0 and later, the utility of this time-saving feature is greatly diminished because BBEdit asks if you’re sure that you want to delete the file.

This script restores the old behavior of the command. If you delete the file by accident, you can always recover it from the trash can.

GiantColorSwatch shows a window containing a swatch of a color. This can be used for backdrops, testing Color Panel extensions, and possibly other things that I havent thought of.

You can change the color using the Color Panel, which is shown for you on launch. You can close or miniaturize the Color Panel to get it out of the way; if you close it, you can get it back again with “Show Colors” in the Edit menu.

You can also move or resize the window. If you close it, the application will quit.

When the application quits, the color will be saved. When it next launches, the color from the previous session will be restored.

iChat State in an application to customize your ichats status as you want to.
They will be replaced regularly by iChat State.
The actual version is now stable.
Enhancements:
- You can now close the main window and open it again with "main window" file menu.
- Strings are now saved more properly so you dont have to type it again every time you open iChatState.

FCB Inspector is a small program that allows users to peek at a Macintoshs list of open files.

It also provides information about these files on demand and can close ones that arent crucial to system operation. Finally, when using System 6, it allows the maximum number of open files to be changed.

XTrace is a small utility that allows you to receive trace() data without having to be in the flash IDE.
XTrace wraps around a custom socket server I wrote in java that will accept connections via XMLSocket on port 9994.
To easily send trace data to the trace server you can use the custom debug class included with the download. After calling debug.initSocket("127.0.0.1"); all data passed to debug.trace() will be send through a socket and given to the trace server.
XTrace will display the data received from the trace server in a floating window as shown below.
