Flatten Movies 1.1 is a product to flatten any movie Quicktime. It does so by invoking the Quicktime.framework. Without opening Quicktime, the advantage is that no Quicktime window floats around, which can obstruct your desktop. The use is straightforward. You need at least a Get Specified Finder Items, select the movies you like to flatten. Plug the Flatten Movie action after it, choose the destination. There is really no need for supplementary application on Mac to accomplish trivial tasks.

Window Cleaner 1.8 provides an easy way to run in the background and hides applications which are open but you are not using.

Keyboard Cleaner comes in handy when you want to clean your keyboard, but you are afraid you might trigger a command or change or delete some of your current work beyond repair and undo. Of course you could save and close everything. Sometimes however, it is just not what you want.

Enter Keyboard Cleaner. It shields your desktop and intercepts every keystroke you might accidentally make — except for Command-Q.

Needles to say that this was an educational project for me. While trying to create something like Visor for iTerm about a year ago I needed to figure out how to make a fading window without delving into Quarz Graphics too deeply.

FSPlayQTMovie is a small REALbasic plugin that allows you to play movies without using a movie player. Mainly for playing MIDI files which will only open using a movie player.
