3VOOR12 luisterpaal - With this widget you can listen new album releases more>> My CalStep is more than just calorie tracking software, it also tracks your steps. While there are many ways to exercise, My CalStep focuses on walking. Walking is an easy way to ignite your activity level. Save money and lose weight by doing something that you can do for free, that you probably already do - walking. A good target amount of steps for an active lifestyle is 10,000, but with this step and calorie tracker, you set the goal, then be encouraged or motivated by your results. You enter your goal and daily totals of both calories and steps into My CalStep, and then you can clearly see where youre succeeding and when you need to pick up the pace... or put down the cookie.
This step and calorie tracking program is designed to work in conjunction with a pedometer. A pedometer is a small, inexpensive device that clips to your side (belt or pants) and tracks your steps throughout your day. If you dont already own a pedometer you can purchase one at most general department stores for under $5.00. By wearing a pedometer throughout the day, youll be able to track how many steps youve taken. Once you get to your computer, simply enter the number of steps youve taken into My CalStep.
You can either choose to add steps as you go, or enter the total number at the end for your day. My CalStep will keep track of the days total number of steps. For example; if you take 5,000 steps, then enter 5,000 into My CalStep and reset your pedometer and take 4,000 more steps, then add those, My CalStep will only track that you have taken 9,000 steps (not that you took 5,000 then 4,000 more).<<less

Major Features:

Squid Little 1.0.2
Squid Little - guide Squid Little through the fish tank, eating tiny fish while avoiding predator fish more>>
This couple was not very knowledgable about the different species of fish and how they would react in an environment together. Of the many species they had purchased, one happened to be a mini squid and another was a ravenous predator.
You control the mini squid (who has been affectionately named Squid Little). You must guide Squid Little through the fish tank, eating tiny fish while avoiding predator fish.
Use the mouse to move Squid Little. As you move the mouse, the squid will begin to accelerate. It may take time to get used to controlling the squid. When you first begin, you may want to play around with the mouse control just to get a feel for it.
You must eat the tiny colorful fish in order to gain calories. If your calories drop to zero, then Squid Little dies. After you have eaten ten tiny fish, you will advance to the next level.
Avoid the big green predator fish!!
Command-P pauses the game and command-R resumes game play.
Pressing the escape key will pause and hide the game.
This game is freeware and may be freely distributed on any media.
Version restrictions:
- this game tends to run a bit sluggish on Macs with a G3 processor. One way to speed things up a bit is to lower your screen resolution a notch or so

Diet Allowance 1.0.1
Diet Allowance is an advanced program which satisfies you if you are on diet. more>>
Diet Allowance 1.0.1 is an advanced program which satisfies you if you are on diet.
Diet Allowance works differently from other diet tracking aids. Rather than just keeping track of calories consumed, Diet Allowance provides you with a continually-increasing "allowance" of calories, at a rate you specify. So you can always answer the question: "What am I able to eat right now?" Just tell Diet Allowance as you consume calories, and it will do the rest!
Diet Allowance isnt just for calorie counting. Use it to track carbs, Weight Watchers points (a trademark of Weight Watchers), minutes of exercise, hours of work or studying, or anything else that you want to limit or require a specific amount of each day.
CrystalFire Diet Allowance is available in two versions. CrystalFire Diet Allowance Lite is available completely free, and tracks a single diet. This is not a shareware program; its completely free: use it as long as you like!
- Actually runs. Our apologies for the somewhat less-than-useful 1.0 version (it crashed on launch for most users). This ones been better tested.
