Free bulk mail software for mac

Bulk Mailer is a small AppleScript whick allows Claris Emailer to send bulk mail, such as a newsletter.

With Bulk Mailer you will be able to send commercial mailings to up to several hundreds of email addresses very easily.

Enter the subject of the message, the date you want the mail to be sent, the address book group to send it to, and the file that contains the text of the message. The script creates a folder using the date-to-be-sent as the folder name, and puts a draft of the message in that folder.

I started a little business a couple weeks ago and needed to send out a customer service bulletin. To my surprise, I could not find any good AppleScripts for doing this on OS X.

First, I downloaded a shareware application called "Mailings", couldnt get it to authenticate with my SMTP server, and got no reply from the developer. So, I did not buy it. Then I wrote a script using Mail.app, and it would work for awhile but then tell me that the server rejected my password.

So, for my next bulletin I used Microsoft Entourage and, after some tinkering, got it to work. There are lots of comments in the code, and besides changing my example subject, recipient list and message to yours, you will probably need to do some other tinkering to meet your needs. I t works with Entourage from Office 2004; I do not know whether it will work with earlier verisons of Office. Have fun, and please send me an email if you learn more about it than I did.

Serial Mail 4.6 is built as a plug-in for the Mail application which can generate serial mailings (mail merge, bulk mail) using data provided by an Address Book group.

The script will process the message body of the (selected) template message and replace certain tags by their corresponding value from the Address Book for each recipient. You may use custom data by specifying your own labels in the "related names" section of the persons Address Book entry (e.g. "Assistant", "Customer number", etc.) and the script will replace the corresponding tags by the corresponding Address Book values (Example: Use the script to inform students of their score (and other stuff), which is stored in AddressBook).

The program supports almost any of the data fields of the OS X Address Book, including user defined fields. The template rules are also applied to the subject line (so you may generate custom subject lines). Rich text emails may be created (but plain text templates are processed faster).

Baton Mail 0.9.8b is a professional and smart tool which allows you to add mail authentication to your older email clients.

Baton Mail is a small application that you run in the background on your computer. You configure your email client to send outbound email to Baton Mail, which in turn performs any necessary authentication with your ISPs mail server, and then relays the outbound mail.

Enhancements:

• Version 0.9.8b fixed a major bug that caused the computer to freeze when sending attachments.

This script will count all the mail in the current identity. Currently, it only counts mail messages, not newsgroup messages - I may add that facility in the future if there is enough demand.

The script will report the number of folders & messages, and the amount of disk space occupied by the data.
Count the Mail is also able to optionally put this data on the clipboard, ready to be pasted wherever you like.

Drop n Mail is an applet that allows you to drop a file or multiple files on the script, enter an email address, subject, a brief message, choose what type of compression, and then have Entourage compose a new draft window with all of the elements ready for sending. Allows you to send it now or later.

With CHIBI NINJA mail you can send and receive them using your favorite mail software like Mail on MacOSX or Outlook Express on Windows without complicated encryption mail setting.
CHIBI NINJA mail creates an encrypted multi-language email message and attached image.
The software was made Japanese version first, the name was "Chotto Ango Mail". Then it was converted for English, and other two-byte character languages people.
If you like to mix English and another two-byte characters language in a same message, select the two-byte characters language, not "English".
