PBlend (from Rob Platt) is a program that will launch multiple copies of Enblend to blend your panorama in sections. Since Enblend 1.2 is not multi-processor aware, using PBlend effectively uses both of your processors if you have a dual processor Macintosh.

PBlend is useful only on dual processor Macs and for Enblend 2.x.
Enblend 1.3 is already multi-processor optimized.

BlendBuddy is an Adobe Illustrator plugin that adds 3 dimensional looking edges to paths.

Quickly and easily create dimensional looking blends with Blend Buddy using spot or process colors. Use Blend Buddys powerful Merge function to combine blends created with Adobe Illustrators blend tool, gradient fills and Blend Buddy blends into striking 3D graphics.

BlendBuddy creates a sequence of progressively darker, heavier stroked paths beneath the original to simulate a 3D appearance. The Merge function will sort the stacking order of objects based on darkness, like shuffling a deck of cards, so that shapes appear to, well, merge.

Mac GasBlender 1.1 is developed as a great, pure Cocoa MacOS X freeware for SCUBA divers who are involved with gas blending or with Nitrox, Trimix & Heliox diving. It will allow you to compute best mixes and blending receipts for various mixes.

FrameBlenderQT is a QuickTime Movie Export component which uses oversampling to increase the quality of still images captured with a video camera. A sequence of frames is captured with a video camera then blended together into a single image.

FrameBlender is primarily useful to remove random noise. Since the noise is different in every frame, blending many frames together acts to cancel out the noise.

SaI Enlarger is a simple 2x graphic enlarging utility for Macintosh.
Its really just a quick hack for personal use, but I think its useful enough to share here.
The purpose of this program is to take small images and double their size (which quadruples the area and thus amount of detail possible) without producing an overly blocky or blurry image. This works best on simple images that dont have a huge amount of color variation, which is usually induced by dithering and antialiasing.
I made this program as a simple utility to double the size of some images I had drawn in a paint program. I wanted them to be double size, yet not doubly blurry or blocky. I searched for a way to do this, and discovered 2xSaI.
Main features:
- Choose whether an 8-bit, 16-bit, or 32-bit image is created.
- For enlarging images intended for a certain type of transparency, you can make pure white seperate from the image instead of being blended with it.
- You can select whether colors that are almost equal are blended. Sometimes this makes colors that should be blended stay seperate, while other times it enables the program to recognize color patterns it wouldnt have before, so the user can choose.
