Time And Place is a proof of concept implementation of a Java Web Start application to allow annual time series to be viewed graphically.
Its focus is on geopolitical data organized by regions: states or countries. Each region is displayed as a bar chart with a control to sequence through the years. Regions can be collapsed or expanded, sorted by name or value, selected to allow them to be tracked easier, just high or low regions displayed, and scales chosen for the values and the chart.
If the local system supports the capability, the information is also shown on a 3D prism graph, where each region rises or falls as the statistic changes.
A series can be saved as a file compatible with most spreadsheet programs, and any file in this format can be read in and displayed. Several series can also be combined over a common range of dates and regions by creating a new series and providing formulas to compute its values from selected input series. Links can be added in a spreadsheet program or text editor to allow web pages to be brought up which are relevent to a specific time or place.

- Show Subseries displays a pie chart for a gridded series and has less restrictions
- Log scales now apply to the prism map as well as the bar chart

Get Time From Date is a routine written in AppleScript that enables you to get time information from a date.

Big Time Screen Saver is an alarm clock screen saver, with the ability to play custom sound files for the alarm. It uses QuickTime, so it will play almost anything, including iTunes downloads.

OtherTime displays time in the specified time zone with a clock icon in the Dock. I created this as a part of Mac OS X program learning. So it does not have bells/whistles

Time-based Animation is a REALbasic example that uses time to control the movement of sprites in a sprite surface creating smooth-as-a-babys-bottom animation.

Internet Time Dockling is yet again another "Internet Time" clock which can be displayed continually on the users desktop. This incarnation lives in the Mac OS X Dock. This dockling was derived from the source code for "WebTime" by Cyril Godefroy which in turn was based on work by Eric Peyton.

The Internet Time algorithm was changed from an arithmetic calculation to using a Cocoa NSTimeZone object.

The Beat value is easier to read at most dock magnifications, the dockling background color rotates through the color hue spectrum during a beat. The docking menu shows the users current date/time, the UTC date/time , and an Internet date/Time stamp. All of these menu items are copied to OS X clipboard when selected.

Time Out Of Mind Twin Flames is a Quartz Composer screensaver module using my Twin Flames Quicktime movie as the faces of the two rotating cubes.
