- Custom Frames-Per-Second dialog now accepts decimal values like 29.97.
- In the Materials Diffuse tab, changing the Mask value numerically would not stick when the dialog was closed.
- In the Texture dialog window, viewing the image in RGB and zooming in would cause a crash.
- Adding a Shader to any Material channel that used greyscale information (Bump, Clip, Reflection, etc.) would disable Blend Modes for all channels.
- Ambient and Tube lights would not hold their shadow settings.
- Lights in Sets used for Illumination Inclusion or Exclusion would sometimes flip to their opposite.
- Texture tiling choices (Mirror, Repeat, Hold, None) in Projection lights did not work as selected. (Mirror would Repeat, Hold would render as None, etc.).

Vocabularium essentially works as follows:
- from the options screen, you select the vocabulary topic of your podcast (note that new releases of the software will periodically be made with more topics);
- each topic contains sub-topics which you can switch on or off (for example, the Clothes topic has sub-topics including types of coats, types of trousers etc);
- you select the voices that you want to read the Spanish vocabulary and English glosses (see below for information about downloading voices);
- then, you click Create Podcast, where you will be prompted to set a file name; clicking Create then starts the podcast creation process;
- then, you sit back and have a coffee or go to lunch? depending on the voice youve selected, the creation process takes a few minutes.
You should now have a lovely, shiny podcast to listen to. Copy the resulting file to your favourite WAV or MP3 player (or iPod if Apple will let you) to listen to while youre on the bus or tube, walking the dog, or in a particularly dull meeting, geography lesson etc.
Vocabularium is cross-platform and will run on Mac OS X, Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Linux.

The BIO file stores all view and rendering settings (e.g. colors, lighting, orientation of molecules). iMol can easily handle both small and large molecules, it can load multiple molecules, move and rotate them independently.
iMol is able to measure angles, torsional angles, and distances between atoms. Molecules can be superimposed and RMSD (Root Mean Square Deviation) between atom coordinates can be calculated. Additionaly, protein chains can be structurally aligned to detect regions of high structural similarity. iMol can load multimodel PDB files and display them as a dynamics trajectory.
iMol uses OpenGL graphics to display molecules. The molecules can be rendered using various styles: wires, points, Van der Waals spheres, balls and sticks, polygons, strands, ribbon, cartoons, spring, tube, ladder. Individual atoms and/or residues can be selected and rendered independly.
The rendering styles can be mixed up to visualize complex molecular systems in a more convienient way. There are several predefined color schemes available (e.g. residuum order, secondary structure, hydrophobicity), as well as custom colors. Also, different materials (e.g. plastic, metal, glass) can be used. The rendered images may be exported as a bitmap, as a PostScript file, or as a POV-Ray file.
Several rendering effects are available, including automatic rotation, motion blur, depth cueing (fog), background gradient, perspective, and stereo projection (using both side-by-side and red/blue anaglyph methods). Various rendering parameters can be fine-tuned.
