TCP Console 0.8 is designed as a robust and helpful tool for opening a TCP port and reciving incoming connections. Any data that arrived on the port will then be printed to the screen. The output can then be printed and saved. This is useful for things like the PHP debugger that uses exactly a thing like this to give the debugging feedback.
